Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description: Box8 is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time Associate Level role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and providing product information. 3. Manage customer accounts, process payments, and handle returns and exchanges. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Utilize strategic planning and time management skills to efficiently handle a high volume of customer interactions. 6. Continuously adapt to changes in policies, procedures, or products to meet customer needs effectively. 7. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed. 8. Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company. 9. Work remotely in a self-motivated and adaptable manner to meet performance expectations. 10. Uphold the company values and contribute to a positive working environment that fosters personal and professional growth.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service. 3. Motivated and adaptable personality traits. 4. Proficiency in strategic planning and time management. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred.
