Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and confident Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Google India in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media channels - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account maintenance - Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction
