Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Service Specialist to work from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Research and resolve customer issues and complaints in a collaborative and effective manner - Negotiate with customers to find solutions that meet their needs while also aligning with company policies - Provide accurate information about products and services to customers - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer service processes and improve customer satisfaction - Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution - Meet or exceed customer service performance targets

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Proven ability to negotiate and research effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with technology and experience using customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
