Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Faasos in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Success Assistant will be responsible for supporting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions - Assist in conducting customer surveys and analyzing customer feedback to improve our products and services - Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any logistical issues - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong leadership and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
