Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant to join our team at IBM India in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will assist our customers with any inquiries or issues they may have, and work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to their issues 3. Collaborate with sales and support teams to address customer needs 4. Assist with customer onboarding and training 5. Monitor customer accounts and ensure satisfaction 6. Identify opportunities for improving customer experience 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 8. Stay up to date on company products and services


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role 3. Driven and dedicated personality traits 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to think innovatively and solve problems creatively 6. Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers 7. Experience working with CRM software is a plus 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
