Job Description:
As a Customer Success Assistant at Tech Mahindra, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Customer Success team in managing client relationships, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring that customers are maximizing the value of our products and services. You will act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to facilitate communication and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services to customers - Assist in creating and maintaining customer success documentation and resources - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify trends to continuously improve the customer experience - Conduct customer training sessions and webinars to help customers maximize the use of our products - Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies and initiatives
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Resourceful and reliable with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Innovative mindset with a strong ability to think creatively and problem-solve - Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
