Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Shaadi.com is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time Entry Level position, the Remote Customer Success Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback - Assist customers with navigating our platform and provide guidance on using our services effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Generate reports on customer feedback and trends to help improve our services - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and best practices - Assist in developing customer success strategies to drive engagement and retention - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service or related experience - Confident and driven personality - Strong leadership and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree preferred
