Job Description:
NoBroker is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent support to our clients. This position will be based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN, and will allow you to work from home.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services and address any issues they may have. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Assist in creating and updating customer success processes and documentation. - Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your customer service skills. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively. - Motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
