Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Are you a motivated and independent individual with a passion for customer success? Adani Group is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from home, providing support to our customers based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have via phone, email, or chat. 2. Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems and suggest creative ways to enhance their experience. 3. Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure all customer needs are met and exceeded. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve our services. 6. Provide support to other teams within the organization as needed.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Reliable and able to work flexible hours. 4. Demonstrated research skills and creativity in problem-solving. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
