Job Description:
Indian Oil Corporation is seeking a dynamic and organized Customer Success Assistant to join our team remotely in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through various channels such as email, phone, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. 4. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met. 5. Assist in onboarding new customers and conducting training sessions on our products and services. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions taken.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and resilient personality to handle challenging customer situations. 2. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 3. Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. 4. Previous experience in a customer success or customer service role is preferred. 5. High level of proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
