Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Quikr is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Success Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer success and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have via phone, email, or live chat - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner - Conduct research to better understand customer needs and preferences - Share customer feedback with the internal team to help improve products and services - Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Proficient in conducting research to gain insights and solve problems - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Tech-savvy and comfortable using various communication tools and software
