Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

PharmEasy is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure a positive customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - Independent and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Strong time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
