Job Description:

WhiteHat Jr is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Customer Success Assistant to join our remote team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time entry-level position with no previous experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Understand customer needs and goals to provide personalized solutions and recommendations. 3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction. 6. Conduct satisfaction surveys and collect feedback to identify areas for improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on product updates, features, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable with the ability to work remotely and manage your own tasks effectively. 2. Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address customer concerns and find creative solutions. 3. Strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and take proactive actions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
