Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Urban Ladder is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level role, the Customer Success Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and offer additional assistance. 3. Collaborate with other teams within the company to provide solutions to customer issues. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer sentiments and potential areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Hardworking and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
