Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

BharatPe is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through excellent service and support. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive product adoption - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and insights

Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual who is passionate about customer success - Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Experience with CRM software is a plus
