Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Success Associate at Nykaa, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional service and support to our customers, helping them navigate our products and services, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. This position reports directly to the Customer Success Manager and will require you to work remotely from your home office in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance with their inquiries and concerns - Understand customer needs and requirements to provide personalized solutions and recommendations - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on their experience - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and drive customer engagement and retention - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our products and services based on customer feedback - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer success to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to find solutions - Dedication to exceeding customer expectations and building lasting relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
