Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resilient Customer Success Associate to join our team at Snapdeal in Delhi, India. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to provide assistance with any issues or inquiries they may have - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure the best possible customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer value - Analyze customer feedback and data to continually improve our products and services

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
