Job Description:
Razorpay, a leading fintech company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure overall customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer inquiries or issues through various communication channels. 3. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to maximize product usage and adoption. 7. Assist in the onboarding process for new customers and provide ongoing support as needed. 8. Monitor customer accounts to identify any potential risks or issues and proactively address them.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong customer service orientation. 2. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels. 3. High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers to provide personalized support. 4. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 5. Knowledge of CRM software and other relevant tools for customer success management.
