Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description: AgroStar is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Success Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Provide product support and guidance to customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat support. 3. Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training on our products and services. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and upsell opportunities. 5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Work closely with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and provide feedback on product enhancements. 8. Meet and exceed individual and team goals for customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
