Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Urban Company is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Success Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience who possesses excellent decision-making and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of customers and provide prompt and effective resolution to their inquiries and concerns. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. 4. Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and insights to continuously improve our services. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback for internal reporting and analysis.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to customers. 5. Must be dedicated and resilient in handling customer inquiries and concerns.
