Job Description - Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


Zoomcar is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Success Associate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Zoomcar clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, independent, and possess exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have - Assist customers with booking and canceling reservations, resolving payment discrepancies, and addressing any other concerns - Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve overall satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on Zoomcar products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - A genuine passion for helping others and providing top-notch customer service
