Job Description:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home while supporting our customers in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN.
As a Customer Success Associate, your responsibilities will include: 1. Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Troubleshooting customer issues and providing creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer inquiries and escalations. 5. Analyzing customer feedback to continuously improve our products and services. 6. Meeting and exceeding customer retention and satisfaction goals.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
