Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Dell Technologies India in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of our clients by providing excellent customer service and support. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to provide a seamless experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements - Monitor customer usage data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption and loyalty - Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer success metrics - Act as a trusted advisor for customers, offering guidance and support as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client services - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment - Experience working with CRM software and other customer management tools
