Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

Urban Company is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As a part-time mid-to-senior level position, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth for the company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive and increase customer retention and satisfaction. - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues or concerns that may arise. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Develop and deliver customer success training programs for team members. - Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings. - Monitor and track key performance indicators related to customer success and report findings to senior management.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proven track record of driving customer success and achieving sales targets. - Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively. - Hardworking and dedicated with a passion for customer satisfaction. - Persuasive and able to influence others in a positive manner.
