Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

Adani Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of experience in customer success or related fields, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with our valued customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. 2. Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded. 4. Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues. 5. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and success. 6. Utilize customer feedback to improve products and services. 7. Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. Demonstrated innovation and creativity in finding solutions. 7. Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail. 8. Confident and proactive attitude towards customer interactions.
