Job Description:
Pine Labs is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Customer Success Manager at Pine Labs, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support, guidance, and assistance as needed.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations - Identify and address client needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Provide proactive support and guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals and maximize the value of our products and services - Monitor client satisfaction and engagement levels, and take action to address any issues or concerns - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, address any challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement - Provide training and onboarding support to clients as needed - Track and report on client success metrics and KPIs
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong persuasion and time management skills - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving customer success - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
