Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Larsen & Toubro in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer success or related roles.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value they receive from our offerings - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Drive customer advocacy and help promote positive customer experiences


Requirements: - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations - Confident in your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Demonstrated decision-making skills and the ability to collaborate with others effectively - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Previous experience in a customer success or related role - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
