Job Description:
AgroStar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This part-time position is best suited for individuals at the mid-to-senior level with at least 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 2. Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer success strategies. 4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns. 6. Lead customer onboarding and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of products or services. 7. Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer success.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong drive to exceed customer expectations. 2. Excellent emotional intelligence and people management skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. 3. Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a remote setting. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
