Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a Customer Success Manager to work from home in Delhi, Delhi, IN. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role. We are looking for someone who is energetic, motivated, and possesses strong time management and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges. 3. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to add value and upsell services to existing customers. 5. Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and remotely. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
