Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in customer success.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure customer needs are met - Monitor customer usage data and provide insights to improve customer experience and drive retention - Assist in the implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers - Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - People management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Hardworking attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer success
