Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited is seeking a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Delhi, India. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. As our Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are satisfied with our products and services, thereby driving customer retention and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and personalized interactions. - Understand customer needs and concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to address them effectively. - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers as needed. - Monitor customer activity and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - Analyze customer feedback and data to make recommendations for product improvements. - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved in a timely manner and their overall experience is positive. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and advocacy.

Requirements: - Highly motivated and driven individual who is passionate about customer success. - Strong innovation and research skills to constantly improve customer experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
