Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Success Officer to join our team at Hilton in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The Customer Success Officer will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and concerns. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and guidance. 3. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or challenges they may face. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer satisfaction and success metrics. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and empathize with customers. 3. Critical thinking skills to assess situations and provide innovative solutions. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
