Job Description:
Lenskart, a leading eyewear company, is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Success Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. 3. Maintain a high level of attention to detail when managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate and timely responses. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers. 5. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and implement customer success strategies. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention programs to increase customer loyalty. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively support customers with their eyewear needs.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Prior experience in customer service or sales roles. 6. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. 7. Must have a dedicated home office space with reliable internet connection.
