Job Description - Customer Success Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Zoho Corporation is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Success Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Delhi, India. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance, training, and support. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement. 5. Manage customer accounts and track key metrics to measure success. 6. Assist in the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition. 7. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and preferences. 8. Represent the voice of the customer within the organization to drive product enhancements.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
