Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Moglix is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and concerns - Provide product information and troubleshoot technical issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve overall experience - Assist with customer onboarding and training programs - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system - Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to enhance customer success initiatives

Requirements: - Independent and reliable work ethic - Excellent communication skills - Strong adaptability and problem-solving abilities - Ability to conduct thorough research to address customer needs effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
