Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Representative at FirstCry in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our customers. This part-time entry-level position requires no years of experience but does require an energetic and resourceful personality, as well as strong soft skills in project management and time management.

Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services - Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and growth - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing ongoing support throughout their journey - Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
