Job Description:
Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer inquiries and provide efficient and timely resolution to issues or concerns. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive overall customer success. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve service delivery. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. 8. Contribute to team goals and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve department objectives.
Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable personality traits. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse groups of people. 4. Prior experience in customer service or related roles preferred. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills. 6. Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software. 7. Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. 8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
