Customer Success Representative

Box8 is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Success Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers - Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Reliable and independent work ethic - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to negotiate with customers effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
