Job Description:
Myntra is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Success Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and provide assistance as needed. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback to track trends and identify areas for improvement. 5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist customers with their needs.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 3. Resilient and independent personality traits. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for innovation. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Must be located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
