Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Tata Digital is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services. - Work closely with the sales and product teams to communicate customer feedback and insights to improve our offerings. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer success stories and case studies. - Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Provide training and support to customers to help them achieve their desired outcomes.


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer success or customer service role. - Driven and adaptable personality traits. - Strong cooperation and emotional intelligence skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience working with CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
