Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Licious is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide assistance and resolution to their inquiries and concerns - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience and drive customer retention - Collect feedback from customers and provide insights to the product and marketing teams - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements: - Motivated and energetic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices is a plus
