Job Description:
Cred is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our product. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in customer success.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Onboard new customers, providing them with the necessary guidance to set up and use our product effectively. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our product and address any potential issues or gaps in their experience. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer issues and provide feedback on product improvements. 5. Monitor customer usage data and identify trends to help drive customer retention and loyalty. 6. Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 3. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. 4. Creative problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively. 5. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. 6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. 7. A passion for customer success and a desire to exceed customer expectations. 8. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
