Job Description:
FirstCry, a leading retail company specializing in baby and kids products, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing all inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates - Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences - Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to address any potential issues before they escalate - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and resilient attitude, able to handle challenging situations with grace - Excellent persuasion skills and the ability to lead customers to solutions effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
