Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Cleartrip in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and problem-solving. This part-time role requires an Associate Level seniority with at least 4 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success - Proactively reach out to customers to provide support, gather feedback, and offer solutions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues - Analyze customer data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Provide regular reports and updates on customer success metrics to management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Independent and dedicated personality traits - Strong critical thinking and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
