Job Description:
Shaadi.com, a leading matrimonial service provider, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide personalized support and guidance - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers - Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success strategies
Requirements: - Energetic and reliable individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Experience in people management or leadership roles preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
