Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Ola Cabs is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Delhi, India. As a Customer Success Specialist at Ola Cabs, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, address any concerns or issues they may have, and provide solutions to ensure their continued loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns they may have - Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Monitor customer engagement and usage of our services to proactively identify opportunities for improvement - Provide ongoing support and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our services - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Strategic planning and organizational skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
