Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Swiggy in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services - Provide expert guidance and support to customers on how to use our platform effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and deliver training materials to help customers maximize their use of our platform - Monitor customer satisfaction and retention metrics to drive continuous improvement

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Passion for helping customers succeed - Resourceful problem solver with excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
