Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Xiaomi India is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role. We are looking for a passionate and independent individual who possesses strong persuasion skills and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on product improvements - Create and maintain customer accounts, update information, and track customer interactions in the CRM system - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify trends to improve overall customer success - Conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in customer service or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Passion for technology and gadgets
