Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Sun Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to work from home in Kolkata, West Bengal. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Proactively engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with Sun Pharma products and services. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and support. 3. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to maximize the value they receive. 4. Identify and address customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Assist with the onboarding and training of new customers to ensure a seamless transition.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 2. Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions. 5. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
