Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Blinkit in Delhi, IN. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks - Energetic and resilient personality - Creativity and analytical thinking - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software - No prior experience required, training will be provided
